Incredible
What a wonderful day.
We got a lot of work done in the back yard. We took the girls to the park, met up with some of their friends and let them run for two hours. We didn't get home until after 5pm. By the time dinner was all prepared, we sat down to eat at 615pm. The girls got baths right after dinner - now they are all squeaky clean and ready for church in the morning. I am sure they will conk right out.
Nothing beats a day of playing. Nothing.

Big plans
I did manage to get some housework done yesterday so today is going to be pretty much planned for the kids. God knows I have to get them out of the house so they can run and run and run...
M just called O a "fart face". Good God - I just started cracking up.. so did P. We gotta get outta here.

Zippy kind of day
O had a buddy come over to play for a couple hours. They ran around the back yard for about 30 minutes. Then, they came inside and played the usual assortment of ponies, dollies and other assorted thingies. While they played, I cleaned the kitchen and ran a few more loads of laundry. I also cleaned my microwave - Oh my GAWD - I am embarrassed that it was so nasty.
P will be working late so the girls and I will be having a girlie night. This should be fun!

It's Friday... it's Friday!
Can I hear an AMEN? LOL.
The dental visit went SO well yesterday. The girls were SO good. O sat in the chair for the entire exam - counting her teeth, cleaning them, getting the flouride treatment... incredible. The last time I brought her to the dentist six months ago, she turned into a screaming banshee. Unreal.
M was visibly nervous but did very well. She got sealants on two of her her four molars. No cavities for either one of them! YAY!
I think I am just going to try to clean the house today. With the weather heading into the high 50's this weekend. P and I decided that we would have the girls outside - not cooped up while we clean, etc.. I am hoping we can get to the park/playground - we have a few kites and P could shoot off his rockets or fly the RC plane.
**edited to add this**
I have two dvd's from NetFlix that we need to watch this weekend: The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Charlie's Angles - Full Throttle. I am glad we signed up for this service - I like it so far!
What are YOUR plans this weekend?

Plans for the day
After dropping the girls' at school, I was able to hit the bank, Wally-Mart and Michaels. A fairly productive day so far..
The girls each have a dental appointments starting at 120pm. Wish me luck - it won't be pretty.
Our cookie mom will be picking up cookies today - what a good woman. Did I mention that the troop sold 120+ cases?
P is going confined space entries today. He is outfitted in the correct clothing along with full breathing gear and air packs then he gets lowered into wells to read ozone levels. He's the canary going into the coalmine. I **hate** when he does them - I get so worried about him. I know he is extremely cautious and never ever takes chances. But.. I worry anyway..
Well - off to get the mini-kidlet. M gets picked up at 1215pm/ See you later!

Great fun
O and I spent almost two hours in the library. She was somewhat patient with me while I picked out (quickly!) several books for me. By the time we got to the childrens section, she was practically dancing around me. She wanted to play the computer games. Umm - okie dokie with me! The librarian let me surf on the "adult" computer while O played her games. I was going to blog but I couldn't remember the web address for my MT login! DUHHHHH! I have now saved the link and put it in my <a href="http://www.katespot.com/archives/pda.php" onclick="window.open('http://www.katespot.com/archives/pda.php','popup','width=400,height=300,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0'); return false">PDA</a>. Speaking of PDA, I would love a new one but the one I have now works just fine. It's hard to justify a new one just because I have the gimmies!
Well- off to play. See ya later!

Sunny Day
It is very sunny today. I just want to sit and bask in the sunlight. O and I were snuggling on the couch, watching "Sesame Street". I was all warm and comfy. So warm and comfy that I ended up snoozing on the couch! Some days, it is definitely worth being a stay at home mom. I think we will be going to the library today. It's too cold and windy to be on the playground - brrrrr!

Getting better?
O is playing in the living room. M is in her room, punished for being mouthy. P is working late - problems with the systems there. I am going to make tacos. Maybe we will all feel better after a taco dinner.
It's worth a shot.

::sigh::
I just want to start this day over again. Just feeling BLAH. It's grey and dreary outside and I just want to curl up in bed and go back to sleep.
O is in a much better mood - she managed to get some computer time out of me AND eat mini hot dogs for lunch. I am still not sure WHY she had gotten so upset earlier. I think she has overheard a lot more than I realized - with missing children, death, stranger danger... I think she just overloaded and lost it. My poor baby. She is watching "Big Comfy Couch" right now and laughing at Snicklefritz. I love this show - it makes me laugh.
I think I will join her!

So sad
O and I were cuddling on my bed after a crazy tickle fight. She was laying on me, all snuggled up, when she started to cry. When I asked her what was wrong, she said "Mommy, I don't want to be dead" and then burst into tears.
My heart is breaking... she's only four years old. She sure as hell shouldn't be thinking about <i>death</i>.

Good night
We had a somewhat nice evening. The girls weren't too boogery tonight. At dinner, M decided that she wanted to stand up and eat. Heh. Ohhh-kay, stand all you want. Needless to say, she sat down about five minutes later. We had the usual flurry of baths, nighttime medicines and toothbrushing.
P and I are watching the news. It's a story about a <a href="http://www.sunherald.com/mld/sunherald/news/state/8017740.htm"target=_blank>family from Mississippi</a> that just <a href="http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/02/20/national/main601340.shtml"target=_blank>vanished</a>. Poof. Gone. All their vehicles, valuables, clothing.. left behind. They have been missing since the 14th of February. As I listen to this news report, it is sounding worse and worse for this young family.
How horrible for their family - all that anguish.. not knowing where their loved ones are..
God, I hope I never have too worry about that.

Whew!
Finally getting a chance to post today. Let me see if I can sum up this weekend very briefly. I'll toss it in the extended entry.
<u>Saturday</u>:
Girl Scout event - fun but very loud!
Home Show - BOR-ing. The Trading Spaces guests were Barry and some chick Laura - a newbie. I didn't even bother standing in line. If it were my beloved
<a href="http://www.katespot.com/archives/cutedoug.php" onclick="window.open('http://www.katespot.com/archives/cutedoug.php','popup','width=216,height=281,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0'); return false">Doug</a>, I'd <i>still</i> be standing in line.
Diner - M and I went out for lunch. It was fun even though she couldn't eat her lunch. She had eaten so much crap at the GS event and then filled herself up on a huge glass of chocolate milk. Oh well - no big loss.
Home - Once we got home, we just relaxed. P was messing with his trains and O was playing on the computer. M played Zoo Tycoon for a while. I made dinner. Watched Trading Spaces and Clean Sweep - one of my new favorite shows.
<u>Sunday</u>:
Church - we played hooky. It was a gorgeous although windy day.
Butcher - I picked up our deli order and ended up grabbing some semolina and french bread as well as fresh mozzerella with tomatoes. Can you say yummy? We sure did!
Cleaning - I cleaned the bathroom, changed the sheets in our bedroom (still have to do the girls' beds), dusted, washed and folded several loads of laundry.
Dinner - made wings for P and O. She must have eaten 6 of them. It's so funny to watch her gnaw away on those things. I made chicken breasts for myself and M. Neither one of us likes wings. We also had a tossed salad, baked potatoes, more of the semolina bread and veggies. It was a delicious dinner!
Television - Of course, I disappeared into our bedroom to watch the SATC final episode wrap-up and then the final episode. I just love this show. I am bummed it's over but I can watch it over and over thanks to the wonders of dvd. I am thrilled that The Sopranos is starting up in two weeks and Six Feet Under will FINALLY be back on the air in June! Hooray!!
After I dropped the kids at school. I had to return stuff at WallyMart. Stopped at the supermarket to pick up the basics - bread, milk, butter, fruit... yadda yadda yadda... I am finally home now. I need to catch up on my favorite people - YOU guys! So - stop by - say hello!! Even if you are a lurker, leave a comment. I'd love to "meet ya"!

Sex and the City!
Ohmy****ingGAWD!!!!!
What a great show! I BAWLED through the entire second half of the show.
(spoiler below)
When Charlotte and Harry got the letter from China, I just busted out crying. The scenes with Steve's mom were so sad... and when Magda gave Miranda a kiss.. I was sobbing..
Great ending... I <i>adore</i> <strike>Big</strike> John! He's gorgeous!

Sucessful shopping
I managed to find, in the Dollar Store no less, ribbons that say "Great" and "Super". Each girl will get one of those just for participating in the bake-off. I also found little medals that say "Winner" on them. Each girl will get one of them too. I did find a nice looking 1st place ribbon pin for the winning entry. I hope our mystery judges are able to pick a winner!
I am developing laryngitis. Way sexy - I sound so... manly. Heh. I will try to audioblog later so you can all hear just how faaaaabulous I sound.

TGIF
Thank Gawd! M is still coughing - but she has a GS meeting tonday that she wants to attend. Therefore, she must go to school. I have a bad feeling that this weekend is shot.
At one of the high schools in Toms River, there will be a Womens Expo. One of the surprise guests will be "someone" from Trading Spaces. One website says a designer and the other website says a "special guest". Who knows? I will be going anyway - why not? Late night blogging
I had a whole post typed out and I dorked it up while trying to upload a photograph. Shit! I hate when I do that!!
I had a GS service unit meeting tonight. Our troop has a lot of events coming up in the next few weeks. This weekend will be busy - a meeting and cookie bake-off tomorrow and Carnival Day on Saturday. The older girls - Cadettes and Seniors will be putting on Carnival Day to help raise money for their upcoming trips. Some of these girls are going on cruises or even to Europe!
We also have our cookie depot coming up in about a week so all you kind and lovely people who bought cookies from Eldest will be getting an email soon. Once again, thank you so very very much!
Hereis a picture from last year's cookie depot. Youngestand I, along with the cookie mom, were the only people from our troop to show up and load over 1200 boxes of cookies in my Santa Fe and the cookie mom's Caravan. Poor Youngestwas so sick at the time. Thank goodness she was a good sport.
Well, I gotta get to bed. TGIF!

Still sick - ugh.. I can't kick this damn cold. My nose is clear but my head feels like it weighs 50 pounds. And, to make matters worse, I have a lovely cold sore on my lip. Disgusting. I hate when I get them. Nothing more scuzzy looking than a cold sore. I only get them when I am getting sick or when I don't get enough sleep. And, I am thirsty <i>all</i> the time. I feel like I can't get enough to drink. ::sigh::
O wants to go outside and play in the snow. I can't think of anything more unappealing than going outside. Poor kid. I think today will end up being another tv day - just so I can get some rest. I had such a hard time sleeping last night too.
Oh - I am gonna shut the hell up and stop annoying all you lovely people. Have a great day people.. have fun <b>for</b> me. Please. Tell me a joke.. anything!

Our meeting will take place over brunch at the local diner. Yum.

Anyone have plans for Valentines Day tomorrow?

Fun time
We had a great time today seeing Mom and her friend. They left around 330pm. The girls are outside now - burning off some serious energy. They are like caged animals that have just been released back into the wild, running around the front yard screaming and laughing. O just wants to play with M so badly and M is just too "cool" to play with little kids. Well - tough **** kiddo. You are gonna play with your little sister and enjoy it! I feel like I must entertain the girls constantly. Don't they have enough toys and games to occupy their time? I feel guilty that I am not "doing" things with them. But, sometimes, I HAVE to get things done - like dinner.
::sigh::

Never made it
We never made it out last night. Right after dinner, the girls were playing with their Polly Pockets and My Little Ponies and other assorted animals. They got so involved that I didn't have the heart to have them stop playing. While WalMart may be a fun shopping trip for me, suprisingly, it's not that much fun for the girls. Gee, like picking out bleach and laundry detergent is <i>boring</i> or something.
My Mom and her friend will be coming down for lunch. In fact, they will be here in about an hour. I have to run out and get bread. I forgot to grab some yesterday. Whoops!

Question
For those of you who have children, I have a question for you -
What do you buy your children for Valentines Day?
Seriously. I have no idea what to get them. Do I even bother? We need to go to WalMart (again) tonight. I think I will just let them pick out a small thing. They love looking at the toys. I bet if I said "Go ahead, put it in the cart", their little heads would just explode with joy. LOL.

Crochet Heart Pattern
<img alt="crochetheart.jpg" src="http://www.katespot.com/archives/crochetheart.jpg" width="226" height="256" border="0" />
I made a batch of hearts like the one O is wearing. The pattern is in the extended entry.
With red yarn and a size F hook, leave a 6 inch tail before putting yarn on hook, ch 4, join with sl st in first ch to form ring.

Happy Valentines Day!
The girls are off from school tomorrow. The teachers are having an in-service day. So, all the Valentines day stuff is going down at school today. O's class is having a party today. P is off today and he is coming to the party with me. Gotta go get ready... see ya later!
Ooooh - forgot to add that I also made about 60 little crocheted hearts for the girls to bring in for their classmates and teachers.

Cupcakes
I volunteered to make cupcakes for O's class party tomorrow. All of the other food that was going to be at the party is completely unsafe for her. I have this great chocolate cake recipe that can be adapted to cupcakes. Yummy. I ma glad I found a good recipe since I can't just buy the instant mixes anymore. They have too many things that she can't eat. Besides, those mixes suck. ::grin::

DareDevil
P and I just finished watching <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0287978/">DareDevil</a>. What a stooopid movie. Pure eye candy and special effects to the max. Ben Affleck in leather - not bad at all. Colin Farrell - pathetic. That could not have been his best performance.
At least I can watch Curb Your Enthusiam and Sex and the City next. I missed them both on Sunday.
Have a great night.

Very cool
I thought this was pretty cool.
In design cooperation with <a href="http://www.thespacestore.com/index.html">The Space Store</a>, Daron products has released
<a href="http://www.katespot.com/archives/spacedoll.php" onclick="window.open('http://www.katespot.com/archives/spacedoll.php','popup','width=156,height=180,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0'); return false"> this fantastic female astronaut doll set.</a> She comes in her official NASA blue flight suit with NASA luggage - with wheels - all packed in a cool pink clear plastic backpack. Great for traveling to and from the International Space Station or grandmas! This fashion doll is 11 1/2 inches and is just like other 11 1/2 inch female dolls. You know who we are talking about but we can't say the name or Mattel sends their big scary lawyers over for a visit. Ages 3 and up - the doll not the lawyers.

Fun day
I brought O to the park this afternoon. We were there for almost two hours. Some of her buddies from preschool were there too. They had so much fun. I got to hang out with the other moms and chat between pushing the kids on the swings, tire swings, catching them when jump from those jungle gym structures.. Lots of fun was had by all and O finally got to run and play in the sun! It was nice to be in the sun even though it was cold. Not frigid cold but just a regular cold. The sun made a huge difference today. I am just babbling... gonna go cuddle with O for a little while.

Good Morning
Hi diddly ho neighbors!
This morning was not nearly as disastrous as usual. M managed not to have her daily tearful outburst this morning! ::happy dance:: I would love to find out her hormone levels - I swear she is PMS'ing daily.
P made it to work again today. He had one helluva long day yesterday. He was pretty exhausted by the time he got home. Of course, like the morons we both are, we stayed up too late again last night. Watching tv. I know, we lead such exciting lives... heh.
Buzz declared today as the fifth <a href="http://www.buzzstuff.net/archives/003478.php">Blog is Forward</a> day. My BIF choice is Angie of <a href="http://www.moodymama.com/">Moody Mama</a>. I find her fascinating. She is the hardest working Mom I have ever come across either in "real life" or on a blogroll - and I have read and met some hard working mamas. She had her <i>sixth</i> child just one month ago and is already back on track and running everything in a serious fashion. Her DH seems like an awesome guy and I just adore reading about her children and all the funny (and not so funny) things that happen at her house. I wish I lived closer to her because I'd just love to meet her.
Have a great day everyone!

M's story
M got nominated my her teacher to attend the Young Authors Conference next month. She needed to write a short story. She did. I helped her with punctuation and some spelling words but the story is all hers.
I posted it in the extended entry
<center><u>Rachel's Birthday</u></center>
Once there was a girl named Rachel. She lived on a big farm in a small town called Pine Hollow. There were many animals that lived on the farm like cows, chickens, sheep and horses. One of those horses belonged to Rachel. She named her horse Star.
Today she is very happy. Today is her birthday. She is turning ten today. Rachel went for a birthday ride on Star. When she got home, her two friends Lesa and Lou were at her house untacking their ponies, Prancer and Prince.
Soon all her friends were at the party with their ponies. All of the ponies got to run around and play together in the paddock while everyone was having a grand time at the party. One of the games they played was Pin the Tail on the Pony. Not a real one of course.
After the games were done, Rachel?s mother brought out the cake. Rachel saw that it looked like her horse. Everyone loved the cake and thought it looked really cool and tasted great. Rachel opened her gifts. The last gift was a sheepdog puppy from her Mom and Dad. Rachel named the puppy Moppsy. Everyone had a wonderful time. Rachel said it was the best birthday ever!

Random Movie Quote
(courtsey of <a href="http://www.imdb.com">IMDB</a>)
[Holding the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.]
King Arthur: How does it... um... how does it work?
Lancelot: I know not, my liege.
King Arthur: Consult the Book of Armaments.
Brother Maynard: Armaments, chapter two, verses nine through twenty-one.
Cleric: [reading] And Saint Attila raised the hand grenade up on high, saying, "O Lord, bless this thy hand grenade, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the Lord did grin. And the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths, and carp and anchovies, and orangutans and breakfast cereals, and fruit-bats and large chu...
Brother Maynard: Skip a bit, Brother...
Cleric: And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it.
Brother Maynard: Amen.
All: Amen.
King Arthur: Right. One... two... five.
Galahad: Three, sir.
King Arthur: Three.

Wacky day
I have been on a cleaning frenzy today. I tackled my bedroom and, even though I didn't get a chance to do the curtains, moldings and my collector plates, it looks pretty freakin' good in here. Even a little bigger.
I also cleaned out my bathroom cabinet. I have a tall and "skinny" stoarge cabinet and our stuff was just falling out all over the place. I threw out all kinds of crap - old medications, half used tubes of creams, old make-up.. all that ****. I collected up the bazillion hair accessories - pony tails, barettes, hair clips, scrunchies and condensed them into one container. We have a lot of hair stuff. A LOT. I don't know what the hell is wrong with me - it's like I am possessed or something. I have no idea what caused this cleaning and organizing frenzy.
I think I will be heading to bed shortly. I have to teach Sunday School tomorrow. G'night!

While working in my bedroom, I cleaned out behind my computer and decided to disconnect the external speakers and use the speakers in the monitor. To test the quality of the speakers, I played "Feet of Flames" using the DVD player in the computer. I can watch <a href="http://www.michaelflatley.com/home.cfm">Michael Flatley</a>over and over. Liberating!

I am off to clean and organize some more.

Taxes done!
P and I got our taxes finished last night. We had started to work on them the other day but we could not find his W-2 form. Boy, was he pissed! We did find his W-2 yesterday - it was packed up with some of my Girl Scout paperwork. Oops. Surprisingly, we are getting money back. Thank goodness for pre-tax withdrawls.
The sun is shining outside. It looks gorgeous. It's supposed to get as "warm" as 47 degrees! Woohoo! A heat wave. LOL.
Off to do laundry and other sundries... have a great day!

TGIFF
Thank God it's freakin' Friday.
Of course, it's raining and dreary but her - like I said the other day - it beats snow. Today is the last day of M's cookie sale. She is upset that she didn't sell 200+ boxes. I think she did just fine and I am proud of her for trying. That's what is really important.
I had seen a house for sale in the paper yesterday. In our area, the housing prices have shot way the hell up, making it difficult to purchase a new home. A lot of families, like oursselves, have bought older ranches - starter homes. So, when I saw a colonial house in my neighborhood for $212,000, you can imagine how interested P and I were in the house! Thanks to a lot of online surfing, we founf out who owns the house, when and how much she purchased it, the taxes, the lot and block and, in my neighborhood, the location of the house. There are several main streets in my particular neighborhood that gets an incredible amount of traffic. Well, an incredible amount for a developement. There have been a lot of houses for sale on the main roads due to the amount of traffic. And, to our dismay, so was this particular house.
Bummers.

A few more days...
then P goes back to work. He has been home - not at work - for 17 days. That doesn't include the weekends. I know he has a lot of work to do when he goes back on Monday. He says he will have to work a lot of OT to make up for the time at home. At one time, he said he would love to have a month off from work.
I don't think he meant like this.

Why...
Why does sleeping feel so damn good? I swear I could stay in bed all day. I distinctly remember the days of sleeping until noon. Ahhhh.. the good old days BK.*
M is being somewhat decent this morning but it doesn't take much to make her freak out. Her sneakers are "too hard" to tie, her shirt feels "funny", her socks "hurt" her feet. Of course, she has worn all these clothes on previous days. It's just <i>today</i> that the items are bad. ::sigh:: Does anyone else have children that do this?

Just keep printing
I am printing out pages and pages of paper for the troop meeting on Friday. I would like to send out a huge thank you to <a href="http://shelley.littlemeanfish.com/blog/">Shelley</a>, <a href="http://www.ailurophile.com/mainiac/">Christine</a>, <a href="http://www.bookblog.net">Mary</a> and <a href="http://www.cumberlandblues.blogspot.com/">Chris</a> for ordering Girl Scout cookies from M. She has managed to sell about 110 boxes. Not bad considering the disgusting weather we have been having. If anyone else would like to order some cookies, you have until Friday to let me know!
The girls in the troop don't really know the GS Law very well. That's pretty sad on my part. So, I came up with the idea of making booklets for each girl and having them draw or write about each section of the law. They love to draw and do crafts so for them to illustrate these pages, I think they would have a great time. I hope. I picked up these really cute self-sticking foam letters for the "cover" of their book. I also have other foam pieces, not self sticking, that the girls can glue onto the cover as well.
I will do my best to be
honest and fair,
friendly and helpful,
considerate and caring,
courageous and strong, and
responsible for what I say and do,
and to
respect myself and others,
respect authority,
use resources wisely,
make the world a better place, and
be a sister to every Girl Scout
You know - if everyone lived by these rules, the world <b>would</b> be a nicer place to live.

This time of night
It's too late to start a project but too early for bed. I think one of the reasons I was feeling so bad today was due to insufficient sleep from the past few days. I have discovered several new addictions:
<b>Zoo Tycoon</b> - Oh.My.Gawd. This game is so much fun. On saturday night, I played it for almost three hours. <i> THREE hours</i> That's so sick.
<b>Reading new blogs</b> - I've discovered quite a few new blogs while reading my usual suspects. Of course, I immediately blogroll them so I can find them again.
<b>Watching late night television</b> - Why are all the good shows and movies on so damn late? I have a new tv show addiction. It's on every night at midnight. The shows are reruns but I watch it anyway. Wanna know what it is?
America's Funniest Videos.
I know I know... but I love watching stupid people. I love watching stupid people do stupid things. It makes me feel so much more superior.. lol..

Rain rain
Very rainy today.. but it's better than snow!
I got a phone call from M this morning around 945am. Apparently, only her and her friend were the only kids who wore pj's today. She was on the verge of crying. She wanted me to bring in clothes for her. Poor kid. P, O and I were going out anyway so I dropped off a change of clothes for her.
We also made it to Home Depot. We picked up the lumber, brackets and the few other items we needed for putting up the shelves. They are going to look very nice by the time he is done. Of course, I am hearing a lot of drilling and some mild cussing. Ahhhhh... the joys of an older home. Nothing is level. <i>Nothing</i>.

Gettin' busy with it
P has spackled and primed the wall in the laundry room. I want to put up longer and better shelving. Originally, it was white coated wire shelving, the kind you can pick up at the home improvements store. I have always disliked the shelves. We are tossing them out and replacing them with (3) 1x12x8 boards and (1) 1x12x6 pine boards. This way, my back room will be able to hold much more than it was originally holding. All my craft supplies are in clear plastic shoeboxes and I will be able to stack them easier as well as the other zillion supplies we have - laundry detergents, small appliances, P's r/c planes, his N scale trains and supplies and other things.
I cannot wait until spring. We are having the MOAYS - The Mother of All Yard Sales. We are talking cleanin' out the attic, all the bedrooms and the shed. Stuff has GOT to go and go far. May as well try to make some money off it.
The girls and I will be going to the library for a while. Should be fun!

Super Sunday
Today is the Superbowl?? Already? Oy - time flies...
M has a birthday party at 1pm. Luckily, it's only a couple hours so I will be home with plenty of time to make an evening full of junky foods. The kids are excited - it's all about them tonight. Mini hot dogs, chicken nuggets, veggies and dip, chips - hell - maybe even some soda too! LOL!
Things have been tense around the house. P is very edgy, most likely from not smoking. Poor guy - can't eat, can't drink (except for Boost, tea and H2O) and can't smoke. I hope he doesn't explode..
